摘要

本文报道一种微型化光隔离器。隔离度大于４０ｄＢ，插入损耗小于０．３５ｄＢ，能适应ＤＦＢ—ＬＤ光源的耦合封装要求。文中先简要介绍了器件基本原理与设计，然后对其主要性能指标进行了评估与测试。

Abstract

In this paper

a miniature optical isolator was reported. Its insolation is better than 40dB

and insertion loss less than 0. 35dB. And the physical size is minimized. This component can meet the needs for the coupling and package of DFB-LD light source. We introduce its operation principle and the design of its structure

then

its key specifications are discussed.
