摘要

本文对陶瓷ＰＣ型光纤活动连接器的关键部件二氧化锆插针体的材料配方，材料成型，材料烧结工艺进行了详细的研究。获得了环氧树脂和石蜡两种新的二氧化锆成型配方。并取得了合适的材料制备工艺条件，得到了符合尺寸要求与物理化学性能要求的二氧化锆插针体。

Abstract

This paper reports the detailed investigations on the composition

shaping process and material sintering of zirconia ceramic ferrule for PC type of fiber optic connectors. It has been found that the new elemental composition in extrusion moulding is epoxy and paraffin. and the precision zirconia ceramic ferrules have been obtained. The results show that the material preparation technology

the size and bending properties of the finished ferrules are satisfactory.
