The basic principle of Fourier Transform photoluminescence test is introduced in this paper. The photoluminescence spectrum of some typical heterostructure materials measured by the PL 6120 equipment is reported. The double peak structure and anomalous temperature characteristics on the photoluminescence spectrum are analyzed and discussed. It has been showed that physical reasons are resuled from the atomic disorder on the hetero-interface and the inner stress in the epitaxial layers.
