        摘要：In this paper,the fiber optic microwave subcarrier multiplexing video transmission system using the domestic photoelectric products is introduced.The experiment of the first intermediate frequency FM FDM video signal from Asia satellite l was demonstrated.After the signal transmissing through 1.3 μm 38.78 km singlemode fiber link,and when the received optical power is -22 dBm,the C/N deterioration is smaller than 3 dB.When the recieved optical power is equal to -30 dBm,the image quality is still good.

        摘要：In this paper,we analyzed the asynchronous mapping of 2.048 Mbit/s tributary into SDH VC 12 and showed the major function blocks.It include two parts:positive/zero/negative justification and 500 μs VC 12 multiframe generator.We mainly analyzed the features of adapting PDH 2.048 Mbit/s tributary into SDH C 12 by using positive/zero/negative justification.We got relative optimized parameter: the capacity of elastic store,up threshold,and dowm theshold.At the same time,we designed a coder to get the time sequences we need to structure 500 μs VC 12 multiframe.

        摘要：The X ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy （XPS） has been used for the element qualitation,quantitation,chemical state analysis and depth profile of InGaAsP/InP MOCVD film.If using the XPS quantitative data to calculate the band gap and the mismatching ratio by different empirical formula the calcullating results are satisfiable as compared with the experemental data determined by the Photo Voltage Spectroscopy （PVS） and the Double Crystal X ray Diffraction （DCD）.Study all in the artical means that XPS is a powerful tool for the MOCVD epitaxy film materials.
