there are many experts presenting papers on the three fields of new information technology

namely

the National information infrastructure （Nil）

the Personal Communication Systems （PCS）

and the Asychronous Transfer Mode （ATM）.The contents of these talks reflect the coming New Generations of Optical Fiber and Wireless Transmission and Network Switching Technologies. This paper attempts to describe their essentials briefly.
