摘要

长文概要叙述了CCITT第ⅩⅧ研究组1989～1992年研究期中

初期和中期会议期间有关综合业务数字网（ISDN）网路性能方面研究的新进展。着重介绍了误码性能、定时性能、可用性性能三个方面对原有建议的修政及拟定的新建议。

Abstract

This paper describes generally the new developments in Integrated Service Digital Network （ISDN） performance study of CCITT Study Group ⅩⅧ during the initial meeting and interim meeting of period 1989～1992. The paper also introduces mainly the amendments of the existing recommendations

and the new draft recommendations from three aspects: the error performance

the timming performance and the availability performance.
