Abstract

This paper describes the monitoring/controlling function

the overall configuration and design characteristics for Hang—Da optical fiber cable transmission system between Hangkou and Wuchang. It has complete function for traffic monitoring/controlling

and all the signals of the system are transmitted through Optical fiber Cable
