耦合效率的高低直接影响到各种集成光学产品的性能。本文在分析影响耦合效率的主要因素的基础上

对现有的几种光波导 -光纤耦合方式作了进一步的分析和比较

Abstract

The realization of effective optical waveguide fiber coupling is the key of commercialization of integrated optical components from the laboratory and the coupling efficiency affects the performance of these products directly. In this paper

we analyze main factors affecting the coupling efficiency

and then investigate and compare several coupling structures.
