主要用来实现光层的路由选择、波长选择和光交叉连接等功能 .文中全面论述比较了光开关和光开关阵列技术

Abstract

The optical switches and optical switch arrays

as key components in DWDM optical network

are used to implement the route selection

wavelength selection and optical cross-connect in optical layer. This paper discussed and compared the optical switch and optical switch array technologies.
