摘要

文章介绍了基于芯片系统（SoC

SystemonChip）的激光光源驱动器

它集成了数字电路和简单的模拟电路

有效地抑制LD输出的温度漂移和功率漂移

实现高稳定度的光信号输出.

Abstract

SoC-based laser source driver introduced in this paper integrates digital circuits and simple analog circuits. This system can constrain power-floating and temperature-floating in LD effectually and provide a high-stability optical signal output.
