摘要

操作、管理和维护（OA＆M）信息的传输和处理是智能光网络的关键技术之一.文章首先对比光传送网络（OTN）中OA＆M需求

分析了智能光网络中OA＆M需求的变化.然后

针对OA＆M传输机制、处理复杂度和带宽占用3个方面

讨论了OA＆M系统在智能光网络中实现的难点

比较了现有的处理手段.在此基础上

提出了结合多种消息传输方式

分层、分域处理实现OA＆M系统的思想.最后

按照这种思想

设计了一种适用于智能光网络的OA＆M原型系统.

Abstract

The transmission and process of OA&M（Operation

Administration & Maintenance） information is one of important technologies for intelligent optical network （ION）. This paper firstly analyses the OA&M requirements in ION

in comparison with these requirements in OTN. Then

focusing on three key issues （transmission techniques

process complexity and bandwidth occupation）

we discussed the difficulties in OA&M system implementation. Today’s solutions are compared. Based on this analysis

guidelines to implement OA&M system is presented

including multi-technology transmission

multi-layer process and multi-domain process. Finally

the prototype OA&M system is designed.
