摘要

作为高速光信号处理应用的一个分支

全光解复用技术涉及到半导体非线性光学多方面的问题

是实现高速光时分复用（OTDM）系统的关键技术之一。文章对现有的OTDM系统的全光解复用技术进行了综述

较为详细地描述了两类主流技术的工作原理

对两者的优缺点做了剖析。介绍了潜在的基于更高速全光开关的解复用新技术

并探讨了全光解复用技术的演进思路。

Abstract

As a branch application of high speed optical signal processing.The all-optical demultiplexing technology relates to many aspects of semiconductor non-linear optics and is one of the key technologies to realize the high-speed optical time-dividion multiplexing（OTDM） system.This paper gave a survey of current all-optical demultiplexing technologies

the principles of operation of two predominant technologies have been described in detail

their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.The potential demultiplexing technology based on higher-speed optical switch was also introduced and the evolution route of all-optical demultiplexing technology discussed in this paper.
