链路容量（带宽）调整机制（LCAS）使城域传送网的带宽分配更加灵活、稳定

是新一代多业务传送平台（MSTP）产品必须具备的功能。文章仿真了基于嵌入式处理器和现场可编程门阵列（FPGA）的软硬件结合的LCAS实现方案

探讨了有限状态机的仿真中存在的一些技术问题。

Abstract

Making the bandwidth distribution in Metropolitan Area Transport Network more flexible and stable

Link Capacity Adjustment Scheme（LCAS） is a function that the new generation Multi-Service Transport Platform（MSTP） products must have.In this paper

the simulation of LCAS based on imbedded processors combined with FPGA is presented and a number of technical problems in the simulation by finite state machines explored.
