摘要

中国电信现有的97系统管理的机线资源及相关功能需要通过一定方式迁移到基于GIS（地理信息系统）的资源管理系统（即中国电信网络资源管理系统）进行统一管理。这个过程称为97机线资源改造。文章主要介绍了资源管理系统与97系统接口的设计思路和接口功能

为机线资源改造的数据迁移和功能实现提供了实践证明。

Abstract

The managed Device and Cable（DC） resource and the related functions in the existing 97 system of China Telecom need to be migrated into GIS-based resource management system（i.e.China Telecom Network Resource Management System） by certain means for unified management.This process is called 97 DC resource rebuilding.This paper focuses on the introduc-tion of the design concept and functions of the interface between the resource management system and the 97 system and pro-vides a practical proof for the data migration and function implementation of the DC resource rebuilding.
