Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of an all-fiber pulse compressor composed of Dispersion-Compensation Fiber(DCF)
Dispersion-Shifted Fiber(DSF) using distributed Raman amplification and Nonlinear Optical Loop Mirror(NOLM) are performed in this paper. The results show that the chirps in optical pulses can be eliminated through DCF
creating favorable conditions for compression
the pulses are highly compressed through DSF using distributed Raman amplification and at last their pestles are removed through NOLM.By using such a compressor
optical pulses with high compression rate and better compression effect can be achieved.
