Abstract

A monitoring and transmission system for the physical parameters of moving objects in adverse environment is constructed and the design methods for the optical communications model of the dynamic interconnections between moving and static light sources in the system discussed.The count of the communication windows of the system

software design concept and solutions to some key problems are described in detail and the field system test results reported in the conclusion.
