A novel user receiver model is proposed to cope with the existence of NarrowBand Interference(NBI) in a hybrid WDM/OCDMA system. It is theoretically deducted that the NBI between WDM users can be completely suppressed in this scheme. At the same time
simulation results prove that the system BER is significantly lowered
the system performance improved and the BER is the minimum when the normalized threshold is about 0.28.
