Transmission model and optical pulse performance analysis of OFDM-ROF systems
a model for Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing(OFDM)-based Radio over Fiber(ROF) system is studied by solving the Schrodinger equation by step Fourlier transform and its optical transmission performance is simulated and calculated. The effects of the dispersion and nonlinear parameters in fiber channels on signal transmission are analyzed
indicating that OFDM-ROF signals can be transmitted in fibers only by pulse compression.
