摘要

RRC（无线资源控制）消息的编解码是LTE（长期演进）协议栈软件的关键一步。基于LTE协议中RRC消息的抽象语法和传送语法

设计了ASN（抽象语法标记）模块新的解决方案。该模块采用结构化编程理念

结构清晰

易于扩展。结合OSS Nokalva公司编解码工具的一致性测试表明

该模块能对RRC消息进行正确的编解码

完全能满足协议软件的要求。

Abstract

The encoding/decoding of Radio Resource Control（RRC） messages is one of the key steps of LTE protocol stack software.On the basis of the Abstract syntax and transmission syntax in LTE protocol messages

a new solution scheme for Abstract Syntax Notation（ASN） module is designed.Adopting the idea of structured programming

this module is so structured that its content is more limpid and easier to be expanded.The module can realize the correct encoding/decoding of RRC messages in the conformance tests by the ASN.1 Tools of OSS Nokalva

and fully satisfies the requirements of the protocol stack software.
