本文介绍提高MCVD法光纤预制棒生产速度及扩展光纤带宽的方法。应用该方法可使光纤的生产速度从0.5km/h提高到1.1km/h;带宽大于1GHz·km的成品率从45%提高到91%。

In this paper

novel methods for increasing production speed of preforms by MCVD and for expandingbandwidth of optical fibers are described. By using these methods

production speed of optical fibers can be increased from 0.5km/h to 1.1km/h

production yield with bandwidth larger than 1GHz·km from 45% to 91%.
