摘要

本文从有源F-P增益公式推导出半导体激光放大器饱和功率的解析表达式

并确定了阈值处的饱和增益。

Abstract

In this paper the analytical expression of the saturation power of semiconductor laser amplifiers is derived from the active F-P gain formula. This approach leads to determination of the saturation gain at threshold.
