摘要

本文介绍了SB—APC—AB算法的原理及用高速数字信号处理器MS320 C25实现的16kbit/s SB—APC—AB语音压缩编码实时处理传输系统原理。最后对系统性能进行了评价

其结果表明输出语音质量接近7 bit PCM编码语音质量。

Abstract

This paper introduces the principle of SB—APC—AB. The real-time implementation of the 16kbit/s SB—APC—AB speech compression coding and transmission system using high-speed DSP TMS320 C25 is described. Finally

the performance of the system is evaluated. The result indicates that the output speech quality is close to that of the 7 bit PCM.
