本文详细地讨论了高速半导体激光器的响应特性。文中以物理观点阐述了小信号和大信号调制特性。在叙述中集中在小信号强度调制和频率调制以及大信号频率啁啾方面。

Abstract

This paper discusses in depth the modulation response of high speed semiconductor lasers

both small signal and large signal modulation characteristics are described based on the physical mechanism. Focus is placed on the small siganl AM and FM modulation and large signal frequency chirp.
