摘要

本文叙述高效率PCVD法大预制棒制造技术研究的结果

包括设备的特点

1g/min高沉积速率的研究和大预制棒的制备方法。每棒拉制的光纤长度已超过20 km

最低损耗为0.36 dB/km（1.31μm波长）和0.19dB/km（1.55μm波长）。

Abstract

The results of the research on the technology for manufacturing of large-size preforms by using high-efficiency PCVD process have been described. The performance of the equipment used

the study on high deposition rate at 1 g/min and the preparation of large preforms are also included. The fiber length drawn from each preform has exceeded 20 km

with the minimum loss of 0.36 dB/ km at 1.31 μm and of 0.19 dB/km at 1.55 μm.
