摘要

根据ITU的H.261建议

建立了视频编解码器的模型

并给出了视频压缩编码算法的具体参数。在软件模拟的基础上得出了一些有益的结论

理论分析与实验结果相符合。

Abstract

According to the recommendation H. 261 of ITU

the model of video codec and the detailed parameters of video compression coding algorithm are established. On the basis of experiments for simulation in support of software program

the paper represents some valuable conclusions. The results of theory analysis are in accordance with the experimental results very well.
