The first 10 Gbit/s system transmission trail in domestic in 182.5 km G.655 fiber（non-zero-dispersion fiber）is introduced.The trail used 2 EDFAs without use dispersion compensator

and it has no dispersion penalty in result.It shows that

G. 655 fiber is suitable for the 10 Gbit/s transmission system.In this paper we also anlysis the relationship between the pre-chirp method for system transmtting and zero-disper- sion-point choice

and provide the reference for system project.
