摘要

在叙述制导光缆线包的结构及缠绕过程后

分析了光缆线包中光缆受力状况

并给出了受力计算公式。在此基础上

应用圆柱形薄壳力学理论对线轴的力学结构进行了分析

并推导出了线轴承受临界载荷与线轴壁厚的关系式。

Abstract

After the descriptions of the structure of control and guide optical fiber ca- ble pack and cable pack windding

the forces applied on the cable are analysed theoretically with the corresponding formulas being given.Based on that

the spool me- chanical structures are analysed according to the mechanical theory of the cylindrical shell and formulas of the relationship between critical load and wall thickness of the spool are derived out.
