摘要

本文讨论在1．0±0．05g／min的沉积速率下PCVD工艺中的热迁移效应，以及它对工艺及产品质量的影响。

Abstract

This paper discuses about the thermophoretic effect in PCVD process under the condition of 1. 0±0. 05g/min deposition rate. Its influence on both process and products quality is also mentioned.
