并用该法分析了不同折射率比和仰角的锥形线性波导

说明了这种方法的有效性和实用性.

Abstract

The perfectly matched layer boundary condition incorporated into the beam propagation method based on a finite element scheme is introduced in the article.To show the validity and usefulness of this approach

a linearly tapered optical waveguide with different index contrast and opening angle is analyzed.
