进而讨论了多业务传送平台、城域波分传输和自动交换光网络3种主流城域网建设技术的特点

得出了在将来的城域网建设中切实可行的建设方法。

This paper explores the construction and development of MAN on the basis of its present status

structures

supported services and the principal technologies applied in its construction.In the status analysis

it focuses on the drawbacks of the existing MAN

and then discusses the characteristics of the principal technologies in MAN construction

i.e.MSTP

Metro WDM transmission and ASON.Finally

it envisages the practical methods in future MAN construction.
