摘要

文章结合光栅光阀响应时间短和反射光栅衍射效率高的特点

设计了一种光栅光阀式1×3微型光开关。理论计算和对比实验表明

在波长为1.3μm

闪耀角和入射角分别为5.4°和0°的情况下

开关时间为微秒级。与同类光开关相比

这种开关具有开关时间短、衍射效率高和工作电压低的优点。

Abstract

On the basis of short response time of grating light valve and high diffraction efficiency of reflection grating

a 1×3 micro optical switch using grating light valve is designed.Theoretical calculations and experimental results indicate that when the optical wavelength is 1.3 μm and the blaze angle and incident angle are 5.4 ° and 0 ° respectively

the switching time is on the level of microsecond.Compared with other similar optical switches

it has the advantages of short switching time

high diffraction efficiency and low operating voltage.
