摘要

文章报道一种10 Gbit/s SFP+（加强型小型化可热插拔）光收发模块。该模块由TOSA（光发送子系统）、ROSA（光接收子系统）和控制电路组成

实现了SFP+的智能化控制和模块状态监测功能。依照SFF-8431（多源协议）对该模块进行了测试

结果表明

该模块满足10 Gbit/s以太网的应用要求

且最高可支持11.3 Gbit/s的速率。

Abstract

In this paper

a kind of 10 Gbit/s SFP+（Small Form Pluggable plus）optical transceiver module is reported.Consisting of a TOSA

a ROSA and a control circuit

it is capable of intelligentized control and module status supervision.Tests are performed in accordance with the SFF-8431 protocol

the results of which show that this transceiver satisfies the application requirements of 10 Gbit/s Ethernet and can support the data rate of 11.3 Gbit/s to the maximum.
