摘要

随着IP化进程的加快、全业务运营竞争的日益激烈

为了适应市场需求

中国移动也在研究和探讨全业务运营的模式和技术。文章通过对分组传输网（PTN）技术特点、优势的分析

为武汉移动打造分组城域网（PMN）网络提出了相应的建设方案和模式。

Abstract

With the acceleration of the process of building IP technology-based mobile communication networks and increasingly intensified competitions in all-service operation

China Mobile has made great effort to study and explore the all-service operation mode and technologies in order to meet the market demand.On the basis of analyzing the technological characteristics and advantages of Packet Transmission Networks（PTN）

this article presents an appropriate construction scheme and mode for Wuhan Mobile to build Packet Metropolitan Networks（PMN）.
