摘要

文章首先描述了目前IP网络在承载语音、视频业务时的缺陷

然后提出解决IP网络现有问题的思路

并详细描述了实现IP网主动保护的具体解决措施。主要是通过网络监测中心收集相关网络指标

一旦发现IP网络设备端口或链路质量指标的劣化超过了语音业务容忍的门限

便主动向IP网络设备下发相关指令

主动实现不满足语音、视频业务质量需求的链路的快速切换。

Abstract

This article first describes the drawbacks of the present IP networks in carrying voice and video services and then presents the thoughts about solving their existing problems

and describes in detail the specific active protection measures for IP networks.Specifically

relevant network indexes are collected through the network monitoring center and once the quality index deterioration of the IP network equipment ports or links are found to exceed the tolerance threshold of voice services

relevant instructions will be issued to the IP network equipment to implement fast cutover of the links that fail to meet the voice or video service quality requirement.
