摘要

基于不同介质材料的AOTF（声光可调谐滤波器）具有不同的性质及应用场合。目前应用于紫外、可见光和红外波段的AOTF主要以α-SiO2、TeO2和TAS（Tl3AsSe3）为介质。为了得到性能更优的AOTF

人们一直在探寻新型双折射晶体材料来代替α-SiO2和TAS。文章汇总并讨论了近年来人们针对基于TeO2、KDP（KH2PO4）、MgF2和Hg2Cl2等材料的AOTF的研究工作

结果显示

上述材料具有更多的优点

但同时也有一些不足之处

因此人们需要根据不同的应用场合选择不同的材料。

Abstract

Acoustooptic Tunable Filters（AOTF） based on different dielectric materials have different properties and applications.At present

the main dielectric materials applied in AOTF in infrared

visible and ultraviolet bands are a-SiO2

TeO2 and TAS.In order to develop better AOTF

researchers are seeking for new birefringent crystal materials to replace a-SiO2 and TAS.This paper reviews and discusses the studies in recent years on TeO2-KDP-

MgF2-and Hg2Cl2-based AOTF.The results show that these materials present more advantages

but also show some deficiencies

so it is necessary to select proper materials in different applications.
