this paper develops an optical transceiver module in strict compliance with the CXP Multi-Source Agreement（CXP MSA）

called CXP optical transceiver module

In the tests of its sample

it obtains the key parameters

such as eye pattern and receiver sensitivity.The test results indicate that this module fully complies with the requirements of its technical indexes and is applicable to short-range high-rate data communication systems

having major significance to increasing the transmission rate of data transmission systems and promoting the development of 100Gbit/s optical communication systems.
