Abstract

A priority-based Burst data packet Slicing（BS）scheme considering path correlation in Optical Burst Switching（OBS）networks is proposed in this paper. This scheme does not only effectively support multi-services

but also fully considers multipath contentions. Results show that both the length of paths and the number of correlated paths may affect data loss in OBS networks.
