an adaptive algorithm for uplink transmission mode is designed to improve the system performance.The adaptation is discussed in three aspects

i.e.between transmission modes

single-dual stream and between MU-MIMO and single antenna transmission.The system simulation results show that selection of proper transmission mode in line with the changes of the channel conditions for the base station can effectively reduce the user BER and improve the system throughput.
