To meet the growing demand of the further application of distribution automation

data services and network bandwidth

the scheme which combines the Time Division Multiplexing（TDM）and packet transmission technology is proposed in this paper.The scheme is based on an integrated service delivery isolation algorithm.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by the use of Ethernet switches and integrated optoelectronic devices

which compare the degree of isolation for the respective transmission services.The results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve high efficiency utilization for the power transmission resources.
