In order to further improve the performance of gas sensing

this paper apply ring-down cavity technology in gas sensing field.The theoretical and experimental analysis results show that the use of ring-down cavity technology can significantly improve the sensitivity of gas detection

which can realize the gas concentration detection limit at 10-3.The designed sensor system has much faster response time than spectrometer peak ratio method.The method of time of ring-down signal feedback can improve the sensitivity and detect the gas peak change at the same time.
