All authors of articles to be published in this journal need to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement, to transfer the copyright and other related rights to the editorial department of Study on Optical Communications. The editorial department will have, but not limited to, the following non-exclusive worldwide rights of the full text of the article: the right of compilation, the right of distribution, the right of reproduction, the right of translation, the right of information network dissemination and the right to transfer and license the rights above to others. The journal will have the right to license the above rights to domestic and foreign databases vendors of abstract or full text, and have the right to publish and use the article through any existing and future media in any language. The article will be used by the journal in a manner that does not violate the current or future Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China. Once the article is published, the editorial department of Study on Optical Communications will pay the authors a one-off remuneration, which includes the fee for the copyright transfer.
